Q What options do we have if a custom motor requires a new mold?
First, we will strive to match your specifications with our existing molds to save development time and costs. If a unique mold is required, we can develop it for mass production. During the initial prototyping phase, we will utilize CNC-machined parts and existing similar structures to keep evaluation costs to a minimum.
Q Do you provide motor accessories and related terminal products?
Yes, we can help source necessary accessories such as encoders, PCBs, and patch cords. We also provide assistance in designing and manufacturing customized terminal products to save you development time and overall system costs.
Q How do you guarantee the quality of the motors?
All components are produced exactly as per confirmed technical drawings and parameters. Mass production starts only after you have fully approved the physical samples. Additionally, we conduct a 100% final inspection on all units before shipment.
Q What certificates are available for your motors?
All of our materials are RoHS compliant. Because motors are generally customized according to individual clients, certifications vary. However, we are happy to apply for custom certificates (such as CE, UL, ETL, etc.) upon request, which typically takes about 2-3 months.
